About the comic
Fragments of a Methuselan comet collide with the Earth. Biology spirals out of control, reawakening horrors that humanity thought had long since been relegated to the realm of nightmares. A five thousand-year-old being resurfaces in Russia’s Pedan mountains. As a survivor of the previous holocaust, he sets out to prepare humanity for the deadly anarchy to follow.
Cassie Novakov, a New York Times writer, is mercilessly driven into the centre of this horrific mystery, driving her to question the fundamental fabric of reality and having to accept her true nature at all costs.
About the Artist
In 2019, Tom completed a university course focused on cartoon and comic illustration in the United Kingdom. During his time there, he began his professional career by co-creating and illustrating the well-known character TECHNOFREAK, in addition to contributing artwork for British publications, including 2000AD and JUDGE DREDD.
Subsequently, Tom became affiliated with Sfi Cool Comics collaborating closely with the creators on numerous notable projects, including VERMINEATER and TERAFORM.
Tom draws inspiration from a diverse range of artists, encompassing both classical and contemporary influences. His artistic references include the vintage works of Wally Wood and Ron Embleton, as well as modern comic artists and storytellers such as Sean Gordon Murphy (BATMAN) and Eduardo Risso (100 Bullets).
