The Dragon Equinox is an event which occurs when the sun is directly above the equator, marking the beginning of spring or autumn, depending on the hemisphere. In some cultures, it’s associated with dragons, awakening and mystical happenings. Â This artwork was created during this special Equinox time carrying the energy of those days within the artwork.
The Dragon Equinox is sometimes depicted as a time when energetically dragons emerge from their slumber to roam the earth or sky. Â Stories often attribute mystical significance to this event, with tales of dragon energy bringing inner and outer balance to our lives. Â This artwork aims to bring a sense of harmony and is a gentle reminder in regards to the magic which is all around us that we maybe often cannot see.
